Each Flip card is a personalised Visa Platinum card produced to the colour, printed name and finish you choose at checkout. Because each card is made to your specification, it is a personalised item.

The Standard card is $199 and the Metal card is $299. Prices are shown at checkout and are payable in supported crypto assets before production begins. Blockchain network fees are paid by you.

Your order is confirmed once we have verified your payment on-chain. Until then the order remains in "awaiting payment" status.

Planned launch terms include a 1% crypto conversion fee and no monthly or annual card fee. Provisional limits are $10,000 in daily card spending and $2,000 in daily ATM withdrawals. Final programme terms will be published before launch and ATM operators may apply their own charges.

We ship worldwide. Estimated delivery is 3–10 business days after production. This is an estimate, not a guarantee, and customs processing may add time. You are responsible for providing a correct and complete delivery address, and for any import duties in your country.

You may cancel for a full refund at any time before production begins.

Once production begins, personalised cards cannot be cancelled or refunded. This does not affect your legal rights in relation to faulty goods.

If your card arrives damaged or defective, contact us within 7 days of delivery for a replacement or refund.

You must not use the card for any unlawful purpose. We may cancel an order or suspend a card where we reasonably believe it is being used unlawfully or fraudulently.

Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law. Otherwise our liability in connection with an order is limited to the amount you paid for that order.

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales.
