No identity documents. No selfie or liveness check. No proof of address. No credit or background check. Crypto is designed to let you hold and move your own money privately, and ordering a card should not change that.

To make and post your card we collect the name you want printed, your chosen finish, a delivery address, a contact email for order updates, and the blockchain transaction reference for your payment.

If you create an account, we store your chosen username and a securely hashed password. Accounts do not require an email address.

We use this information to produce and deliver your card, to keep you updated on your order, and to meet our legal and accounting obligations. We do not sell your data or use it for third-party advertising.

Only the service providers needed to fulfil your order: our card manufacturer, our shipping carrier, and our hosting and database providers. Each is bound to use the data only for that purpose.

Order records are kept for as long as needed to support your card and to satisfy accounting requirements, after which they are deleted or anonymised.

You can ask for a copy of your data, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. Contact us with your order reference and we will respond within one month. You also have the right to complain to your local data protection authority.
